Mechanical Site Supervisor

Based - Buckingham

Salary - £45k-£52k

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor specialising in mechanical installations across the UK. Due to continued growth and new project wins, they are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee multiple sites and lead on-site teams to safe, high-quality, and on-time project delivery.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and acting as the bridge between on-site personnel, clients, and head office. You’ll attend site meetings, carry out toolbox talks, submit lifting plans, conduct surveys, and ensure all works align with RAMS and project specifications. Your role will also include identifying material shortages, tracking installation progress, and providing detailed follow-ups.

What You’ll Need

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification

• CPCS Lift Supervisor and Slinger/Signaller qualifications

• CSCS card and IOSH certification

• Full UK driving licence

• Trade background (M&E, pipefitting, HVAC, or similar)

• Strong communication, reporting, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and liaise at all levels

• Confidence using digital tools and reporting systems
