Machine Operative – Drawstring
   Location: Northampton
   Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:00 or 07:30–16:00
   Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

  Urus Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturer based i n Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career. While experience with drawstring    machinery is preferred, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

   Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drawstring machinery to manufacture products.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are completed within production deadlines.

•  Work closely with other departments to support the smooth operation of the upholstery process.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.

   Requirements:

• Experience operating drawstring machinery is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting production targets.
