Urus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Network Engineer based at a major english football club in London

Due to a good standing in the sector and continued expansion they are currently looking for Networt engineer. Day to day you will do the following

What you will bring

Professional qualification to CCNA level minimum, with CCNP preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing and supporting multi-vendor network environments, including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus, Palo Alto, and Mitel technologies.
LAN technologies including VLANs, LACP, QoS, DHCP/DNS, Spanning Tree, 802.1x, 802.1q, and Multicast.
WAN and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, ACLs.
WLAN management tools and processes including SSID configuration, RF management, client onboarding, authentication, and mobility.
Firewall management encompassing security policies, NAT, proxy, SIP, and VPN.
Proven capability in network design, fault finding, rapid issue resolution, and change management while maintaining operational stability.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate clearly, and perform well under pressure.
Experience proactively monitoring network security and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
Experience working in or with large-scale, multi-event venues or similarly complex environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of network integration with AV, broadcast, and media technologies is a distinct advantage.
A well-developed, logical mindset with confidence to quickly implement changes and communicate feedback while following procedures.
